3 days Rwanda gorilla and golden monkey safari

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to volcanoes National Park

After you have met with our professional tour guide from ADVENTURE IN THE WILD SAFARIS, you will start the 3 days Rwanda gorillas and golden monkey tour in Kigali where you are to go to the local markets, different genocide sites, craft centers, and museums. You will have your lunch and then proceed to volcanoes national park for your evening relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking And Cultural Encounters

Leaving the lodge with a packed breakfast you will go to the park headquarter very early in the morning for the briefing before the gorilla trekking starts. You are to leave the headquarters with several rangers and trackers to search within the bamboos for the mountain gorillas and once spotted you are to spend only an hour with them.

After the trekking, the guide will drive you back to the lodge for lunch and refreshment and then in the evening, you will go for cultural encounters at the ibyiwacu cultural village for the Kinyarwanda song, dances, and culture. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Trekking And Departure

Similar to the gorilla trekking, you are to leave with your packed breakfast and all your belongings to the park headquarters very early in the morning to catch up with the briefing before the start of the golden monkey trekking and after the trekking, the guide will drive you back to Kigali and this marks the end of your tour.

The trip will start from Kigali International Airport to Volcanoes National Park to Ibyiwacu Cultural and you will be dropped off at Kigali International Airport.
