Day by Day Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Transfer Akagera National Park.

Upon arrival, our guide will pick you up from your Kigali hotel this morning after breakfast and take you to Akagera National Park. Arrive at your park lodge in time, check in and enjoy lunch. You will do your first game drive in the park in the evening. Watch careful for the various animals that call this place home. After dinner, you will return to the lodge to spend the night.

Day 2: Sunrise Game Drive In Akagera – Boat Ride On Lake Ihema.

Enjoy your breakfast and then embark on your journey to the park before the sun rises to keep an eye out for the animals that get up very early. Watch out for the several antelope species that graze freely in the park, including lions, elephants, buffalo, hyenas, and eland.
You will then have a boat safari on Lake Ihema later in the day after lunch, where you can see hippos, crocodiles, and the myriad water, swamp, and savannah birds that frequent the area. Fish eagles, cormorants, and kingfishers are a few of the birds. Get to the lodge after the boat cruise have dinner and then spend the night.

Day 3: Transfer Back To Kigali.

Enjoy your breakfast early in the morning and the embark on your journey to kigali airport for your flight back to Kigali. This will mark the end of your safari.
